On the eve of the opening of Art in the Park 2011 - we are getting the weekend started in style! Just the Spirit Tent is open as our 275 Artisans get themselves properly setup to open Saturday morning at 10:00am.
We launch the weekend in the Spirit Tent for an evening of great food, spirits and terrific local bands. On our stage we are featuring - Ron Leary at 5:00pm for the 2nd time in as many years starting off our opening night. Our next band will be The Bomb Squad at 6:30pm...

Our Spirit Tent will also feature upscale food for your dining pleasure. Come join us for dinner with selections from Ming Wah, Mongolian Grill, Thai Palace and the Gourmet Emporium. Sample fine wines from Hiram Walker & Sons, Pelee Island Winery, Sanson Estate Winery and Wayne Gretzky Estates. Eddie Mio, former NHL goalie will be making an appearance representing Wayne Gretzky Estates Winery. If ice cold beer is more to your liking, we will have options from Molson Coors. This year we will also offer a featured drink - The AIP Ceasar - obtain this classic at the Hiram Walker & Sons booth.

1st Annual AIP Black Box Art Contest
AIP is looking for inspiration! Fill the "black box" with "what art means to you" and submit an entry into our contest.
Entries can be either sent digitally to info@rotary1918.com or dropped off at the Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) office at 7911 Forest Glade Drive. The selected finalist's entries will be displayed in the Willistead Manor at Art in the Park 2012. Our first place winner will receive an Apple iPAD2 presented by this years sponsor - Stuart Sutton of Sylectus. Their Art will be showcased in our marketing for the 2012 Black Box Contest, and featured on the Art in the Park Website and Facebook pages.
